BAD SERVICE FNB BANKING

I tried to get hold of FNB Brooklyn, Pretoria as well as FNB Woodhill as my bank card was and money was drawn from the account at an Hillcrest whilst I was at home. They DID NOT answer the phone!!! Both branches and they do not even have an option on the line to cancel or lost cards!!! The other
option was to contact FNB on telephone banking - they too DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO REPORT OR LOST CARDS!!! Very disappointing. They shouldnt even try to convince people to join their bank as the service is really pathethic!!! They cannot help their clients with solutions to their problems as they spend too much money advertising their Bank, instead of focusing on the needs of the people that Bank with them. Without the public where would the bank be??? Really freaked out about this. What is their response.
