Unable to load account

I have phoned Vodacom and enquired about their banking details only to be told that they do not know the banking details

I was told to go into any bank and pay the account
Why should i go into a bank when i can load the info on my internet banking

I do not have the time or the patience to go stand in a que

My bank does not have the facility to choose between a public account info of entering the info manually

All i want is the info... thats it
