Incorrect changes made to credit report

I have followed these people up on so many occasions as to why my personal detail is wrong. Everytime I receive a report there is details wrong I correct the details the next year when I request another report the details is still wrong
The latest explanation that I received from Simone Fourie just isn't good enough as know they are trying to make it out as if it was my mistake and that I gave them the incorrect info this is simply just not true, why will I correct my info but give them the wrong info they cant listen to a voice recording as it wasn't recorded I tried to follow Simone uo but all emails are ignored
