Wednesday night I received a call and were notify that my address details they have on the system is still incorrect. After I went in at the branch twice to change. Today I went again to change details as the teller informed me that he could not assets due to the proof of resident expired 10 days a go to be in the 3 months. I tired of try to fix my details as Nedbank don't do it any way I fail to understand why Nedbank as the incorrect info as proof of the same as todays was given when I open my account Nedbank must be the peep bank Don't care about customers at all. I cannot wait to go back to work to find out what the progress is if I would like to change my banking details to move over to another bank. Hopefully I can move over soon
