Received an sms saying that money was withdrawn from Saswitch ATM, but I have my card with me. Balance on internet banking confirms the money disappeared, but Bidvest Call centre agent can't trace the withdrawal transaction on their system. The money is gone but now I have to go to the branch to fill in a dispute form, which will lead to an investigation - who knows how long that will take and IF I will eventually get my money back!
