ABSA's Service and Response is just plain bad

I bank with ABSA: One would imagine that I would get the best service and best interest rates from my own bank taking into consideration my long standing history with them but this is not the case.
I applied for vehicle financing and they didn't give me the best interest rate. Got it through FNB
I applied for a home loan. Got a better loan amount from all the other banks.
I applied for an overdraft account 5 working days ago and after I called them to follow up they did not come back to me.
I sent a complaint mail to their complain centre this morning and have not had a response.
I called them later and ran out of airtime waiting on the line and then they didn't even have the audacity to at least call me back to update me on my request.

ABSA's service and customer care is clearly not good at all.

I will be moving my accounts to FNB.
