I have noticed that there is a debit order on my account and its been three month and i was not aware of it. I have called the number showing on the website to query about it, i was given a number to call (011 050 0270) to get a letter to reverse since i do not know them or have any agreement that i am not aware of. i phone couple of times but there was no response then i called the bank again to ask for the next step since there is no response. i was told to go to the branch and they will assist without a letter and was given a reference no: 8488831 and i should also ask the consultant to call the number as well she did but no response when i visited Tramshed branch.

I am really dissappointed of my bank because sure this is, if they cannot assist me who should then?
