Refund still not processed

On 2 June 2013, my husband and I went to the Slow lounge at the Cape Town International Airport. I have a platinum cheque card and I took my husband in as my guest. During last week I noticed an amount of R 500 had been subtracted from my account. I contacted premier banking and spoke to a lady by the name of Luyanda who assured me that the amount would be reversed within 48 hours. It is currently the 10 June 2013, a total of 72 hours since my call. So I phone Luyanda again and was informed that they are working on it and she will followup on Wednesday 12 June 2013 (a total of 120 hours after the call was made). Why do I have to wait SO long for a refund to be made to me when the error was on FNB. I am considering to move to Standard Bank who are able to reverse charges within 24 hours. This is totally unacceptable.
