I applied for a loan through Loan Tracer SA and had to pay a fee of R399 the middle of last year. I did not get the loan so I lost that R399. Now a year after I applied they sent an RE: NOTICE OF ANNUAL ANNIVERSARY email on the 6 June 2013 which I replied and asked them to cancel all agreements and notices. However the R399 was deducted the end of July. I phoned them and they asked that I forward them the email where I cancelled which I did and also attached my bank statement. Then they answered saying they will refund the money but nothing happened. They give you the run around when you ask.
