I am so discouraged on the way Capitec Bank is treating their customer when coming to Debit Orders. This morning I got 3 unknown Debit Orders in my bank account. First time noticed this Debit Orders, I went to the bank and informed them, the Debit order was reversed and now it happened again, this time with fictitious references which don't make any sense to anyone who is sober minded hence I have been asked to get a letter from this Faceless Bogus and Fictitious Companies. The references are as follows: NETCASH 07535177TELESA130725NAEDO DR 0314748354 ; QUADRICO 59910818QUADRI130725NAEDO DR 0314664882 ; 3NATION 599911733NATIO130725NAEDO DR 0314891380.The consultant by the name Nokwanda at Carlswald Midrand Branch tried to assist but cannot reverse these Debit Orders hence she also called this who promised to fax her the documents. There are no such documents that exist hence these Faceless Bogus and Fictitious Companies are unable to fax such or email to me. All this number was given to her by this .
