On Saturday my dad went into capitecbank Albertan city to ask them to stop a debit order and to reverse it. this debit order is unauthorized its now going off for 3 months every time he phones the call center they say no they cannot assist he must go into a branch he went into the branch the consultant said no he can not help him because he needs a letter form that company that is debiting his account. He phone that company that people did not want to send him any letter nor did they wanted to speak to him. What bank is this that can not help with just to stop the debit order and reverse the money its going to happen again this month.
