On the 30-08-13 a debit order went off my account for a certain company called wermarket, since well I didn't know a thing about them I visited your mall of the north branch with the intetion of reversing the debit order but to my suprise I was told that will be imposible without a letter from wermarket. I actualy feel that capitec is protecting wermarket than me as their client. I even phoned their customer care and I spoke to a very rude consultant who was not even willing to listen to me as a client instead she blamed me for my account being debited. And she even suggested I go to the nearest branch, they will assist me to close my account, I wouldn't recomend capitec to anyone and I will close my account as soon as possible
