Credit Card Account blocked- 2 months after FICA

Hi, i am really upset and not satisfied with African Bank, 1. On the 4th of April i sent in my Fica documents at the Campus Square branch so they could unblock my account, on the 5th of April i recieve an Sms confirming that my query has been resolved Ref: 9132189 and on the same day my card worked perfectly, the next day on the 6th of April 2013, i received another sms Ref: 9132167 confirming that my credit card account has been unblocked. Two weeks ago, i go and check the balance on the ATM and the access to my account has been denied. i call the call centre and i am told that my account is blocked and they cannot fix it with out me submitting Fica documents. Ref:9452523.

This really upsets me i have submitted my Fica, i received confirmation and now two months down the line my account is blocked again. Clearly there is a prank or game being played here, now i must waste my time and submitted my documents again, no other bank has requested me or required me to submit Fica documents twice within two months of initially submitting.

The Call Centre cannot help because now my proof of residence has expire!!! (CLEARLY BECAUSE IT WAS SUBMITTED IN APRIL 2013.)

NOT AT ALL HAPPY.
