Why do I keep getting FICA error message!

I have submitted my FICA documents a number of times to Nedbank - when I needed to collect my latest credit card last year, then another couple of times including January 2013 when I couldn't access my investment account online.
I have R5000 in a JustInvest account which I desperately need to pay my study fees and credit accounts by Friday. I went to the bank yesterday and was told sorry, I must bring the latest FICA documents. I ask the official to at least put the notice in for me and I am told that request cannot be processed - but I am the person who has been paying the money into the account! Now I cannot use it.
I work until 19:00 and it's difficult to go to the bank on weekdays, yesterday I managed to squeeze in at 17:50. The consultant said my account reflects that my FICA is updated but now I need to bring the child's documents if I want the money. I am not able to do so this week and am extremely frustrated especially because I have been submitting documents to the banks for the past six months. Please let me know what is exactly wrong with my FICA documents and how to get the money. At this point I feel it's better to save under my mattress.
