Opened Account I did not Request

I wanted an overdraft, but I did not qualify for one due to a bad credit rating. FNB punted a Gold Cheque account to me, which I declined over the phone. I held on with the consultant and made sure he closed the cheque account, yet I received emails and smses confirming the order and opening of a cheque account. I do not want a cheque account. Close the cheque account. I do not want it. I did not request it. I did not ask for it. I do not need it. Thank you
