APPLICATION FOR A CHEQUE ACCOUNT

I am disappointed with the way FNB handle my request. I have tried number of occasions to apply for a cheque account, there seems to be no one to aassist me. I tried on line still failed. The other day I was told because of my credit history I cannot be approved for a cheque account. I m currently using savings account with FNB.Unless they tell me that they have change their policies for customer who have bad credit history. I will appreciate if FNB can take request into consideration and open a cheque account for me.
