The were transactions on my account; money was spent in Sandton at Engen. I am currently in the UK (for the past 2 months) and will be for the next 8 weeks; so i know it is.

I reported my cheque card and had it cancelled (ref: 63210379). I was told the transactions came directly off my account, not a card. I have phoned the following numbers and nobody has been able to help with addressing this or reversing the transactions: 0112947900, 0116672216, 0116672323, 0117104330, 0315627800.

I kept getting passed from one person to another. It appears there is no commitment to resolving this issue for me and I am left wondering when the next amount will come off my account.

It seems that nobody from Nedbank knows who is responsible for issues and the last thing on anyone's mind is helping the customer.

I have let a secure message from the internet banking site - hopefully this will garner a response.

Disappointed.
