Still no feedback 2 weeks after query was logged!!

I bought a new car end of February 2013 and needless to say, needed to have a tracker installed. After the new installation, I received the default amount of DQ points for the first month as with my previous vehicle. Adding that after that first month, I received nothing less than 200 points in a month driving y old car. With my new car, from the second month and onwards my points dropped significantly - now receiving a maximum of 10 points a month. I contacted the Vitality Insure call centre about this more than 2 weeks ago. They confirmed that my DQ tracker was functioning correctly and advised that the matter will be forwarded on to the relevant department for investigation. I phoned back last week, but the guy I spoke to initially was on lunch and I was advised that he will phone me back. He never did. I phoned again this morning and again was he busy. I did however speak to the lady who picked up the call. She couldn't be of much assistance though. She only told me that the matter is still being investigated.

They just need to check whether the system is calculating my points correctly and if not, set it right & provide me with feedback. Why is it taking 2 weeks???!??!!!
