VITALITY DRIVE POINT MONITOR FAIL!!!

Last week I phoned Discovery Insure to query my Vitality Drive points monitor score. In April 2013 I scored 29 points and in February I have scored 194 points. According to the attributes on the points monitor in April my speeding was 20% worse and my weekday night drive was 20% better. All other attributes were the exact same! The consultant confirmed with me that the technicians had seen far worse attribute scores than mine with a far higher points score. Nobody seems to know why my score is so low. I have phoned on numerous occasions and I am always promised that somebody will phone me back with an explanation. I still await this phone call. I am now in the position where I am getting far less back in cash from filling up at BP than I should be. If I owed Discovery money the problem would have been solved then and there but as soon as the tables are turned I am left waiting and waiting and waiting... I wonder if John Robbie has the same problems???
