No DQ points for the second month in a row!

My vehicle (Landrover) has been insured with Discovery insure for a while now and everything was going fine. I was earning DQ points, I was getting my fuel rewards and all was great.

Then I phoned to enquire about adding my wife's BMW and all was initially accepted and added to the policy. However, for certain reasons (netstar contract) I had to cancel my wife's BMW off the policy before it even started and I had to cancel the installation of the DQ tracker. Since then I have not been earning driving points on my car (which should never have even been touched).

I phoned last month to enquire and they told me that there had been an error on their side and they would fix it and do a manual points correction and pay me the money they owe me, only to discover this morning that I didn't earn points AGAIN in August! i.e. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! I want this fixed and I want my FULL fuel awards that is owing to me for July AND August. This is the only reason why my car is insured with Discovery, as there are cheaper options out there.
