I have a CNA Thank u card. My balance a few weeks ago was just over R34 (34, 000 points) This was confirmed by an sms I received from Edgars a couple of weeks ago confirming the balance and doubling the points if I spent them over a specific date. I did not spend any points - I have not spent any points at all on my card. When I went to CNA last week I noticed on my cash slip that my points balance has plummeted to only R1.05 (1, 050 points). How is this possible when I have not redeemed any points??? I have tried to check online via the CNA website but it just shows a nil balance. Please check and advise.
