To whom it may concern
I have a huge problem with Capitec bank in Jabulani mall.
I've applied for a personal loan on Saturday the 18th of May, 2013 and I was assisted by a lady of the name of Mabongie, she seemed nice and friendly but provided me with incorrect information.

I was told that I qualify for R59 000.00 but then they needed confirmation from my employer. After two weeks of waiting for Capetic to call me to say if my loan was approved or declined,

I finally I got an response but then I was told I was only approved for R7000.00 payable in three months

I am so upset because I applied for a personal loan and not a temporary loan.

This service is totally unacceptable as my savings with Cepitec is twice the amount of the loan that was approved!

I demand a written apology from the CEO of Cepitec or I will take further steps to ensure my voice will be heard.
