I am a client with Discovery Insure and have two vehicles listed on my policy. The DQTraq on one of the vehicles does not seem to be functioning correctly, or your online system is buggered! Three months now, and I am still being allocated the default 400 points every month. A few weeks ago some work was done on the car battery and it was disconnected for a while - Discovery did not even call me to notify or inquire about this.
I have been in contact with your customer services and was told the matter was escalated to some telematics department. It has now been 9 days, still no positive feedback or resolution. Also, refer back to previous communication and note the other issues I had with the same unit and vehicle...
