Capitecbank is totally useless

After going to a branch of Capitecbank due to an external payment issue I believed that this issue was sorted out getting payment from other banks is a mayor issue with Capitecbank.

Today 2 weeks after the bad experience I am faced with the same issue again. I have now sent nearly an R120.00 on airtime to get answers however the trained staff of Capitecbank clearly deals with a lot of call with this regard.

I asked the women in the call centre that I was expecting money to be paid into my account and that I had the same problem 2 weeks ago, she told me that I needed to wait 48 hours for money to be paid in after that I informed her that I believe the money was paid in 2 days ago and that she needed to escalate this matter to interbank I was told that she will escalate the matter and that it would take another 48 hours as this department of Capitecbank was closed.

What sort of a bank is this, if I owe them one Rand they will make sure to deduct it before I can draw it however my money I need to wait 48 hours for it and if I feel there is a problem I can wait another 48 hours to get an answers.
