My complaint against ICM in Midrand was put before the Scorpion on the 24th of April 2013. For a malfunction welding machine which I bought in August 2012. I am a small business owner and without the welding machine working I cannot make an income and for the time being I am paying rents.
I don't understand how Scorpion Legal expect me to continue paying my monthly premium while they can't help me resolve this problem timely so that I can continue generating income. I contacted a gentleman Call Mr Zulu, he has been of no help to me. No correspondent, he does not event reply to my E-mails.
I feel very frustrated with Scorpion
