Hi,
I feel my account was not handled well at Capitec Bank, I applied for loan of R10 000 in 2008, unffortunately was not working for sometime. when i got a job i contacted them and settled the loan with their attorney.
to my surprise when i checked my ITC status there was an Capitec bank account that is showing.
i went to Bramley branch to check this account, i was advised that i have tow loan account with them and now there is an amount outstanding. i asked them how much is it and they advised me to call MBD attorneys.
Moday I called their attorneys and i was advised that the account was sent back to Capitec Bank.
Called Capitec bank and i was advised to call some number in Capetown, I did and I was advised to send an email to ccs@capitecbank i also copied the Bamley Branch, to my surprise no one has came back to me until today.
