2 months ago my mothers debit was taken by the atm in boksburg.
Fnb phoned her the same morning instructing her that her card was.
Fnb did an investigation and confirmed they would not be repaying her.
Limit on the account for atm with draws is 1500, yet over R5000 was drawn.
Card swipe was done, no feedback, nor copies of signatures on slips have been provided for over R7000.
No sms notifications were received for these transactions?
Who do I speak to get this resoved as this is very poor service indeed.
