Hi there, please assist I am extremely frustrated and irritated with the amount of service I received from Absa Rivonia, since I started dealing with them iJuly 2012 I have received bad service after another, First It was a Platinum card that I applied with Naven which took 3 weeks to receive and 2 months for the card to be activated, at the verge of losing hope I was helped by Thembi to get my Platinum and Gold debit card activated but the debit card when I swipe it, it shows a different card number on the slip than the one on my card. It irritates and inconvinience me a lot because when I swipe it in other stores they think that it's a fradulent card and when Absa call center is called for authorisation, It shows no record in my profile of the card number that is on the slips. I went back to the branch and dealt with Stanley whom I explained everything to and he gave me another card being the 3rd one which also has the same problem, Stanley promised to call me after the investigation was done and till to date a week later still no feedback received. I am tired of driving to that branch and I am caught in this predicament because of their Poor and Lack of service from Absa
