Changed banks to Nedbank they gave me normal debit card without a chip while I was waiting for a the chip card.one night while I was sleeping, couple of transactions happen on my account R5000.00 was withdrew. Nedbank attempted to call me to notified me of this transaction but I was sleeping and now I have to wait 6 weeks for they investigating. How should I pay my bills now, creche fees, grocery etc
Banks promote us swipe our cards while we doing shopping, which is not safe... never swiping my card again cause that's where they get to clone your card and do funny business with your card.
