Slow service- shortage of staff

I do understand dealing with guests and clients as I also am in the hospitality industry, I have been very happy with FNB for this short 5years i have been with them, have always received excellent service from FNB Mobeni and Bluff branches however West street branch is absolutely terrible, I dont understand why for such a busy branch at the end of the month where they know that there will be alot of quiries they had to have 2 consultants working, there was a long queu at the cashiers and not hostes, i waited for 30minutes but could not wait any longer, days later I had to resolve my problem which took 2hours for me to get service, which was very slow. Please rectify.
