FNB Smart Devices - more than 40 days waiting

I applied for a smart device on May 04, 2013. I haven't heard anything. Towards end of May, I made a call and I was transfered to another FNB department that claimed that my application was only received yesterday, and it is apporved. Thanks You. Now, I received an sms beginning of June that Digital Planet will contact me. Four days later I follow up with FNB, and they told me that my device was only given to that company yesterday, and I should wait. That company never called me and FNB never gave me the company's number and my reference number with that company. How long should I wait? You can imagine that from May 04, 2013 I really needed that phone and now is June 17, 2013.
