No delivery

I applied for a Smart device on the 18 June 2013 online which i recived the confirmation, they further sms same date to say they were out of stock but they will advise teh soon.

On the 21 June they told me my Smart device order has been sent to the Digital Palnet and the a they will contact me shortly to arrange delivery. On the 27 June they sms telling me that they do not have the item in stock and that they will call me as soon as it is available. 10 days has passed and they information is confusing and i would expect that as a loyal premium client they would treat this as a matter of urgency but to this date i have not received any communique from them.
