IN TODAY'S DAY AND AGE, COME ON ABSA!!!

This is one of the many reasons why I decided to change banks and now bank with the more efficient FNB!!
In order for me to still PAY ABSA (change debit order details), as I still have a credit card with them which I'm shortly going to CANCEL!!

I need to write a LETTER!! yes a LETTER, and it gets better, I need to send 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS... YES 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS TO CHANGE A DEBIT ORDER!!!

This is LUDICROUS! Like I'm applying for a card or a loan, COME ON ABSA GET WITH IT!!!
