ABSA's lack of service!!!

I have now called absa 3 times trying to change my debit order dates for my loan and credit card. With me not working and for two months, I notified the bank as soon as I was out of my job and still they were not able to help me with the insurance I keep paying every month. Instead they kept sending me back and forth to the branch.
I then finally found a job and contacted them to make arrangements on catching up with my payments since they were not able to help me with the insurance I pay, and asked them to change my debit order date from the 25th to the 1st of every month.
I woke up to an sms this morning to an sms telling me that my debit orders for the loan and credit card was returned. I now have to pay for all of these that has now been returned.

I cannot believe how I have been messed around, it is absolutely disgusting!!!
