Hi to whoever this may concern

I would like to raise awareness of FNB's useless SERVICE and CALL CENTRE in the hope that someone wakes up.

I contacted FNB about 6 months ago because i wasnt receiving any OTP's or notifications VIA SMS, but to get through to someone that can help you is a mission on its own as their numbers on their website is of no use and always takes you to the wrong area. after it takes you ten minutes to first put in your id number then you have to find a card number then a pin!!! USESLESSSSS!!! anyways so you eventually get through to someone then it is in the wrong division even after you pressed 1 for sales you still end up at the wrong person who then tries to transfer you to someone else. So in my frustration in trying to get through to someone who can help me i just decided to leave it.
so a month ago I logged call number 280106 and at first the people were trying to help me etc. and then that just dissapeared also so more than a month later im still sitting with my dilemma i dont receive any OTP's or notifications at all from FNB. FNB will be losing customers if they keep this up.
