Poor service once again- shocked?.. I'm not

Had a problem @ the atm, the machine did not want to give me my money... So I came into the nearest branch to find out what was wrong... The consultant says I need to call card division which I do... It takes over 3 minutes just to be put onto the waiting list, when the call centre guy answers I tell him what was wrong, he keeps me waiting then says everything's fine and that I should try another atm... This call takes over 8minutes... Because the branch is doing renovations the atms are out of order so I have to withdraw the money from the teller in the branch, after about 5 failed attempts due to the battery on the machine being dead the lady tells me that she needs to call card division so I'm just left there standing 4 over half an hour with no information, just standing there... Then when my break was over and I had to get back to work, I told the lady to cancel the transaction and they give me my licence and card back with no apology...
