Useless service from FNB

Hi Please note that I logged this Call: 280106 in May 2013 after Ive been having a problem for 5-6 months and FNB has just avoided the issue originally they contacted me and then that just dissapeared. I have not been contacted with regards to this problem in almost 2 months and my problem has still not been rectified. Im tired of FNB as their service delivery is non existant they call center is useless and they Hire a bunch of un qualified people to rectify my problems which NO one has been able to sort out. Im tired of this and am really considering taking my business somewhere else. i would advise anyone else who is lucky enough to read this to stay away from FNB's "problem resolution centre". I sent a mail 2 days ago and still I have not been contacted. this problem is going on one full year now and Im fed up.
