I call my bank (FNB) to find out the details of the person/company debiting my account every month. The number they gave me (086 000 7070) takes me to the right place, but there is no answer. You will hold as if you work to make money for airtime just to call ABSA and its useless system. I called my bank and was answered in 5 seconds flat. What is the point of having a call center if you are not employing the right people to be available? How do we stop if banks are this useless and not efficient?
