What is the point of offering on line activation if I still have to call the call centre that takes forever to be answered. I thought the whole process I went through over the phone the first time I agreed to sign up meant that I have been activated and all I have to do was wait for my card and start earning but I had to go another painful process of activation.(not working on line and waiting for over 10 minutes when calling in), then only to find out that the person that initially called me has captured my cell number wrong and put in the correct cell number as a work number, I am a standard bank client for over 15 years now can somebody explain to me why and how do they get my details wrong, especially when you called me to offer me the product, icing on the cake I have to be put on hold to get this reference number (1896274), then be told we can't do anything about it, they will call me back once fixed, how long will that take I have no clue.
