With the FNB rules I cannot spend R279 on a prepaid purchase from my bank account. My daily limit on prepaid purchases is R1500, nothing used. And I have over R70 000 in cash in my bank account. After struggling to make the purchase I phoned the online banking team, they could also not assist. I asked that someone contacted me, nothing happened, thanks for NOT assisting LEBOGANG SEGOLELA!

Then it seems that FNB has added my email to a spam filter, they can send me mails but I can't send them mails. THANKS FOR IGNORING ME ALTOGETHER FNB!!!
There are other banks that would rather give me service, so I'll take my business to them.
