I have now been struggling to buy electricity from FNB for almost a week. I have spoken to the Premier team, which transferred me to the Online team, which transferred me to the Cellphone banking team.
The amount of time I have spent on the phone to try to find out what is going on is ridiculous!
I have tried to buy Prepaid electricity via the following channels (with no luck) >
- Via Internet Banking
- Via my mobile (iPhone App)
- Via Cellphone banking
I keep getting a message that the service is not available, what is going on? Can someone give me proper feedback as it seems FNB is not aware of any system issues?
This service worked fine previously, just now that I can't use it?
