Patiently waiting for response

I did an online loan application on capitec's website. this was done on Sunday and am still waiting for them to get back to me. i dont know if they care so less about potential clients that they dont take time to respond. its now wednesday still no word from them & not even the decency to say they r still busy & acknowledge receipt of my application. am sure even if u dont qualify the least they can do is reply & state that u dont qualify. what's the point of having online application if u dont service your clients or potential clients if they apply there.
