Cannot apply online for an account!!!

I have now tried to apply for a cheque account online with u guys for 3 weeks! Every time I select apply now i get "How do you want to continue screen" I select the i dont have online banking and it asks me for my id!!! Every time this happens. I have sent an email asking for help and even sent screen shots! i have gotten a doc from them about how to set up pop ups!! which has nothing to do with this as its part of the fnb website!! I then attempted to call the call centre which transferred me at least 7 times. The first time i called the call just dropped when they transferred me! I eventually landed back at the department i started at! u guys say u call ur clients back but u call twice in the space of 10 minutes and then u send an sms telling us to call u back! every time someone has called i have been in meetings. You guys obviously dont want the sales if you couldnt be bothered to call back the next day!! other banks call back for 2 days

I am really disappointed in this as i wanted an fnb account. I dont have time to speak to someone on the phone and i just want to fill in the application online!

i havent even gotten an account cant imagine the service if i actually got one
