I dont know what to say really African, I keep getting sms that i can apply for a consolidation loan. Wow when i apply iam told go to a branch. Why do u send the sms or have a online application if i need to go to a branch. I get called by the Sales guys and told i dont qualify, why do you offer consolidation loans if we dont qualify. I need the loan to pay of all smal debts but ja neh. I have a current credit card with your bank but always declined for a increase. My debit for my credit goes of one day it shows i have a available the next there is nothing. You have email address that does not work, call centre where you have to hold on forever. Haai i give up. How does one get help with you guys.
