POOR RESPONSE & DECLINE of LOAN

IN DECEMBER I APPLIED FOR A LOAN ONLINE AND I WAS REFUSED THE STUDY LOAN AS THEY STATED A DEFAULT PAYMENT AT EDGARS & MR PRICE BUT BOTH COMPANIES VERIFIED NO DEFAULT & I AM A GOOD PAYER. HOWEVER, I APPLIED FOR A LOAN FROM ANOTHER BANK WHICH I DONT EVEN DEAL WITH AND HAVE NO ACCOUNTS AND THEY APPROVED MY APPLICATION FOR MORE THAN WHAT WAS REQUESTED-HOW STRANGE IS THAT? NOW I APPLIED ONLINE FROM FNB FOR AN IPAD ON 13/1/2013 AND ON 15/01/2013 I RECEIVED A SMS (THANKS FOR YOUR SMART DEVICE APPLICATION WILL BE CONTACTED SHORTLY) STILL WAITING MORE THAN TWO WEEKS GONE (TODAY 2/2/2013 STILL NO REPLY) VERY POOR SERVICE AND I AM A VERY OLD CLIENT FROM THE OLD BARCLAYS BANK WHEN THEY CHANGED TO FNB, WHY DONT THEY ASK PUBLIC FOR CLIPS ON THEIR SERVICE BUT THEY HAVE THE ADVERTS TO SHOW PUBLIC THE ANC GOVERNMENT IS NOT RUNNING THE COUNTRY PROPERLY WHEN THEY CANT KEEP THEIR PROMISE OF "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" WHICH MUST CHANGE TO "HOW WE DONT HELP YOU".
