Bad Service - DONT REPLY TO CLIENTS!!!

I applied for a Home Loan on 06/03/2013 and its now the 22/03/2013 and i have been calling every day to get feedback on the application and each time its a different story and each time they say they will escalate my call and someone will call me back. I am still waiting for this someone to call me. So either Standard Bank has enough clients now and enough money that they dont want my business. If thats the case please let me know so that i can move all my accounts to another bank!!!
