Submitted signed application form together with all documentation, called the morning of 10/10/2013 wanting to know status and confirmation of payout.

their response was they cannot confirm payout as they have a back log of five weeks and my loan can be paid out in the next five weeks, i mean what good will it be then? What is the purpose of the loan?

they are unsympathetic, on morale, lack of urgency, dont care attitude, pathetic service to clients, how can you not know when payout will be, you are then emplyed by the company and it is your job to keep clients happy.

If you dont know what you are doing, do not approve application forms and know clients come first, or is it the we make enough money so you not important and we dont need you as a client.
