Incompetent Staff and poor visibility

I took valuable time from work to go to Nedbank to collect my platinum American Express Card. Could not locate the branch on the Nedbank website. The branch locator on does not work. Queued for 30 minutes while all the staff behind the inquiries desk attempted to assist a lady with the re-issue of a new card. No one knew what to do. The poor customer was extremely embarrassed. Eventually the customer left. At this point, half the staff behind the inquiries desk disappeared. All of a sudden, several people appeared from no where and promptly joined the front of the queue, pushing me back several places. There were at least 15 people behind me. There was no one present on the floor to assist. The branch managers office door was closed. I eventually found someone on the floor, she was hiding in a corner. She could not tell me if I was in the correct branch. I told her my problem, she said okay. I asked if she needed my details, she said "no". So I left. I called the Nedbank call centre, negotiated with an IVR. Could not get assistance as my card number was needed, which remains uncollected. I do not want to go back to this same to collect it. Please contact me with a solution.
