Vouchers not delivered to the right branch

I work for Nedbank in Johannesburg and as a nedbank staff I qualified for a Eyethu Trust Voucher offered by nedbank to their staff to assist in purchasing school uniform for their children. My application for the voucher was successful and got confirmation sms that I have to go collect the voucher at woolworths as per agreement, I went to woolworths branch in westgate roodepoort and they told me the voucher was not there and my name was never on the list of the people who were suppose to collect the vouchers, I went back to work (nedbank) and I told them and it turned out my voucher was sent to the wrong branch it was sent to westgate in Mitchells plain in cape town. According to the agents of Eyethu Trust at nedbank they have told me that the voucher is at westgate roodepoort and when I went there last week on 24/03 they still told me that there was a delay with the head office the voucher has not arrived. I have went to woolworths 3- 4 times already and still tell me the voucher is not there even when at nedbank they have told me its at woolworths I need to go collect it.
