65 minutes to collect a card

Why is the Collections & Inquiries line the same at this branch. Because of this it took me 65 minutes to do a simple card collection!! I mean really now!! The staff is very slow, the lady who served me (brown weave) took over a minute to inspect the original (not copy) electricity bill which left me stunned as this is exactly why the service was slow. The old woman working with her had the audacity to tell me the reason why they are slow is because my phone is on. Of-course it was on I was busy with Nedbank on twitter complaining about the situation. To top it all off it's stuffy in there, the aircon has not been switched on, which made me feel dizzy on top of everything as its too hot.
